Miller By Honeywell 417C/ Permanent Installation D-Bolt Anchor
These D-ring anchors were designed specifically to bolt into concrete to create a permanent tie-off location for personal fall arrest systems. The permanent anchors are installed where anchors are to be used on a regular basis or when keeping track of reusable anchors on a large construction site. Anchors should always be inspected and replaced after being exposed to a fall.
