Klingspor manufactures high quality SMT flap discs that offer an aggressive cut and leave a satisfying finish. SMT discs will take the place of two separate grinding operations (heavy weld removal using a hard grinding disc and then using a fibre disc to clean-up). These discs feature a built-in fibre-reinforced consumable backing plate which eliminates needing a separate backing pad. We offer SMT flap discs in various sizes, grits, and model numbers.
