Out of the box, it includes 4 adapters for Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, and Metabo (18V/20V). Additional adapters can be purchased for Bosch, Hilti, Festool, and Flex platforms. Note: DeWalt PowerStack and Hilti Nuron are not compatible.
Does it charge my power tool battery when plugged in? +
No. When the light is plugged into mains power, it will power the LED, but it will not charge third-party batteries (Milwaukee, Makita, etc.). Only the optional Unilite MTB-BATTERY can be charged while inside the unit.
How do I mount this to a tripod? +
The MTB-5300 features a sturdy rotating base with pre-drilled holes designed specifically for attaching to Unilite tripods or heavy-duty magnetic mounts for elevated lighting.
