3M 3TB Fire Barrier Cast-In Tub Box Assemblies

The 3M Fire Barrier Cast-In Tub Box Assembly, when used in conjunction with the 3M Fire Barrier Cast-In Device, accommodates concrete thickness as thin as 4-1/2 in. (114.3 mm) and pipe sizes from 1-1/2 in. to 2 in. (38.1 mm to 50.8 mm). Available with 2 in. (50.8 mm) or 3 in. (76.2 mm) foam insert depending on desired depth of void. Note: The 3M Fire Barrier Cast-In Tub Box Assembly is used specifically with a 2 in. 3M Fire Barrier Cast-In Device for Metallic Penetrations. When used together, there may be instances that allow for non-metallic penetrants to pass through the device - see system details for approved penetrants.

• Firestop tested for up to 3 hours, when used in conjunction with a 2-inch (50.8 mm) 3M Fire Barrier Cast-In Device for metallic and non-metallic penetrations, in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL 1479)
• Easily adjusted height accommodates concrete thickness from 4-1/2 in. to 8 in. (114.3 mm to 203.2 mm)
